With 25+ years' experience working in Saskatchewan’s construction industry, Teresa leverages her engineering and construction project experience to assist owner groups in planning and delivering successful projects and programs. She is a Professional Engineer, a Project Management Professional, and is the president of Drew Consulting Ltd.  

Teresa has worked with most of the construction and design professionals in the province as a collaborative consultant with a proactive, relationship-based approach to working with project team members. 

A large part of Teresa’s career has been spent working on healthcare projects. She has spent the last two years working very closely with the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region & Saskatchewan Health Authority developing the Electrical Infrastructure Renewal Program and its related projects. In addition, she works as a Project Manager for two of the major planning workstreams and several smaller infrastructure renewal projects. Teresa is currently on the project management team for the Weyburn Elementary and Cultural Centre and is on the project director team for Namerind Place, with her energies currently focused on assistance with the Business Case, funding applications, and working with the design team. She has served on several other executive teams and boards and currently sits on the Regina Airport Authority Board of Directors. 

Teresa enjoys being active in the community. She has been part of a variety of host committees from the 2002 Memorial Cup to the 2018 Tim Hortons Brier. She is a self-described “country girl” who stays true to her roots by supporting projects she believes will benefit the community she lives in. 

Sanam is an enthusiastic Project Coordinator exercising her skills in project management principles and applications with Drew Consulting Ltd. since 2020.

Sanam believes that project management is all about helping clients realize their vision while acting as a resourceful guide to lead and achieve that vision efficiently. She has been actively involved in major commercial infrastructure improvements, community, and healthcare projects. She worked as a Project Coordinator for the Park Centre Rehabilitation and Renovation Program, involving exterior and interior renovations as well as landscaping and parking lot upgrades. She is actively engaged with the University of Regina’s Emergency Power Enhancement program while also working vigorously towards heritage, rural infrastructure, and community improvement projects throughout Saskatchewan.  

Sanam is an Engineer-in-Training – Electronics (APEGS) and obtained a Master of Engineering in Electronics Systems Engineering from the University of Regina in 2019. She has been actively working in the electrical and construction industries over the past few years.   

Outside of the office, Sanam loves to travel and explore new places. With a love for sports, she is active in the local Regina community. She is the president of the only women’s cricket league in Saskatchewan, creating a platform for Saskatchewan women to be part of the sport. Sanam is a member of PMI-Regina South Saskatchewan Chapter and volunteers for APEGS Connect and other community events organized by non-profit organizations. 

Ian is a Project Coordinator with a passion for continuous process improvement and building relationships through honest, timely, and open communication. 

Ian’s career includes 10 years in various analyst roles for Telus Communications Inc., primarily in Strategic Planning and Execution on several large IT transformational projects, where he was able to leverage his University of Alberta education in Computing Science and act as a bridge between the business and systems working teams. Ian has been involved in a wide variety of project management and analysis roles, from high level project planning and stakeholder engagement, business requirement solicitation, running feasibility studies and focus groups, right down to systems and GUI design development. He has been with Drew Consulting for over two and a half years. 

Active in his community, Ian has been the Chair of the Montessori school board for the past four years, and in his spare time he enjoys camping and hiking, tinkering with his 3D printers, and designing and building custom PCs and smart home media systems.
